All personal information given to Younger Secrets will be held in the strictest confidence. We will never rent, sell or give your name, email address or other personal details to any third party.

Orders

We accept both local and overseas orders. In order to place an order you must logon (existing members can logon directly). The easiest and safest way to make an order is via the internet using a credit card.

However we will also accept:

If by chance we have a stock out of a particular product we will advise you immediately. You will be given the option of a refund or a time in which the product will be available.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club. We also accept TT payments and cheques for mail orders.

Security

The site is safeguarded by SSL encryption technology which is an encryption process that is designed to prevent unauthorised people from seeing data sent to or from the site. Your personal details, including Name, Address and Credit Card information cannot be viewed by any unauthorised persons.

Local Freight

All freight within New Zealand will be via NZ Post. Freight within New Zealand has a standard per order charge of NZ$4.95. Any back orders will not be charged a freight fee. Please allow for 48 hours for New Zealand orders.

International Freight

We accept International orders. International freight charges are based on the weight of goods purchased. Once you select the global region the freight rates are automatically calculated. Please allow 5-7 days for international orders. Please note that it is the buy’s responsibility to abide by their country’s local import laws and import duties. If by chance the goods were held up by customs, no refund would be given.

Returns and Exchanges

We support all our products and services. If you receive a defective item, after returning to us within 30 days we will immediately replace the item or offer you a full refund for the purchase price and any freight costs which may have incurred. Additional if you are not 100% sure of your purchase, contact us within 30 days and if your product is returned to us in a saleable condition, we will offer you a full refund of the purchase price less delivery costs, if applicable.

Members

Once you become a Younger Secrets Member you are able to take advantage of our membership offerings. Members, once logged on can also track their previous orders. Occasionally we may send out updates and special offerings to our members via email. If you do not want to receive these emails please return the email with ‘no membership’ on the subject header and we will immediately remove you from the email database.
